Boulevard is a clean, safe and cheap hotel located in Central London. The rooms and bathrooms are kind of small, but spaces were well-designed and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is also very simple, but if you want something more elaborate, there's a bunch or restaurants and cafes around. Overall, good value for money.
