Weinerei is located near Zionskirchplatz in the heart of East Berlin among various trendy cafes and upcoming designer shops… even though they are definitely much more relaxed. The deal is, you pay to rent your glass (just 1 Euro!) then you drink what you want from the selection on the counter, and pay what you feel is fair. Sounds so crazy it just might work! You can always meet great people there as it’s a perfectly social atmosphere, and a definite “no-poser” zone.
