A bit of old world Barcelona is still locked inside Bar Pastis, which was started in 1947 by the artist Joaquin Ballester (Pastis) and still has his artwork adorning the walls. This charming old bar has survived and flourished through all the different ages of the town and remains a great meet-up spot for friends. Live music, nice drinks and of course a glass of Pastis, are the most suitable companions for a great evening on the town.
